Carlo worked as a senior SRE for twelve years at a major European cloud provider before co-founding Miaio. He bridges the gap between design and operational expertise, ensuring every interface decision is grounded in real incident-response workflows. He holds a master's in computer engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

Head of Engineering

Hana leads the engineering team from Miaio's Zurich studio. Previously a staff engineer at a Swiss observability startup, she architected the shared component library and rendering pipeline that gives all Miaio products their signature fluidity. She is a core contributor to several open-source UI frameworks.

Antoine spent six years in product roles at a Paris-based DevOps platform before joining Miaio. He runs a rigorous user-research program that includes monthly on-call shadowing with engineering clients, ensuring product decisions are anchored in observed behavior rather than assumptions.
